World Professional Figure Skating Championships (Jaca, Spain)
The predecessor of this event was an open professional championship for show skaters dating back to at least the 1930's, and was held initially held in England under the auspices of the National Ice Skating Association. Later, the event was moved to Jaca, Spain and was organized by the Imperial Professional Skaters Association and sponsored by the International Professional Skaters Union.
