Patrick's first combo looks like a snippet from a jumping masterclass . Eric's music is surprisingly good, but it can get boring for a 4-minute program. It's the great dancer that brought it alive.

The music is lovely and, even with the falls and the popped jumps, Patrick's skating is so pure and so freaking elegant, it's a pleasure to have him back.

I agree. I can get lost in that program. The skating is so pure and there must be enormous pressure not to mar it with mistakes.

Nope, but he composed the music! IIRC, Eric also composed the music for his own short program with Meaghan in the Sochi season.
