I haven't heard of this Gershwin On Ice thing. Skaters skating to music by Gershwin, I assume? Heheee... did you watch it? Tell tell! Gershwin is cool. Heh.
They're skating on ice the size of a postage stamp. I recognize Frank & Anita, and Tiffany Chin. But I'm only watching between plays of Tampa Bay killing the 49ers.
Yesterday, the show was 1 hour. Today the Denver station had it for 2 hours but the wrong time was in my Onsat. So, I got part of it. It is an old show. Alexandre Fadeev, Lisa Marie Allen, Tiffany Chin (or is it Chen?), & Isabelle Duchesnay, I think Paul too,but never was sure. And Lisa did a wonderful double axel. There is a web site I am going to soon, www.meetmeattheicerink.com that sells the tapes. I don't know yet what all it has nor the prices. Also had Hartshorn & Sweiding.
They have at least a half dozen tapes, dvd's for sale. All are $19.95. Nutcracker on Ice, Gershwin also with Dorothy Hamill.
Wish I could afford them.
