This phrase is a compliment to Yu-Na. It says that Yu-Na is in a class by herself.

Christine is an awesome skater. She'll be a force to reckon with as a senior in St. Louis. She has been the best American lady skater on the JGP circuit this year -- but the Japanese as is the trend are, as a team, the best. Part time model, Mai Asada's done well this year but I'd favor Sawada for second. Binshu Xu of China looks like she's ten but had a marvelous SP at Jr Worlds only to fizzle a bit in the LP.
