November 22, 2005 -- ANDREW Giuliani is finding out that break ing up is hard to do. Rudy Giuliani's irrepressible son, who famously fidgeted during one of his dad's inauguration speeches, dated Olympics ice- skating champion Sarah Hughes all last summer. The two broke up because of scheduling pressures and college, but last weekend they reunited at a skating clinic in Central Park. The two also were said to have gone to a "Saturday Night Live" bash together.
