Where did this quote come from?

I dug this up somewhere. I think it's a comment Dick Button made about Kwan some time ago:

"You cannot ask for better artistry than Michelle's. She has the joy; her arms outstretched, it's like she's holding the biggest beach ball in the world. Then the ball fades away and she's reaching for you, embracing the world."

So, where, when, and why was this quote made? Just curious...
