Okay the long verison b/c the subject cut me off-

Being born in Russia, or according to Paul McCartney/Billy Joel: 'Back in the USSR', legally makes everyone on this list and a few others that you left out, legally Natural Russian citizens. But just because they leave Mother Russia, for bigger, and better things, or to compete for another country, they never lose their identiy or Russian heritage. They are by all means still Russian.
