Thought I answered it (ribbon around the wrist) but as you didn't accept that I looked it up in his book and he calls it a woven bracelet.... perhaps that description is sufficient? :D

Of course they might ask for something completely different (though I don't remember reading about anything else in his autobio).

Men - Combination jump, jump from steps, axel jump, flying spin, combination spin, change-foot spin, step sequence, 2nd step sequence or different shape.
