I doubt very much that Emily Hughes will still be skating in 2010. She is a Junior in high school, as Sarah was in 2002, and I think she will be off to college by the start of the 2007-2008 season---at which point Sarah may decide to get back in, as she will be graduating from Yale in 2008.
