One of the requirements for a level to is increasing the speed as the spin progresses, or increasing speed with a variation of the basic position or something like that. Anyways, my coach and I think we've figured out a way to end my layback where I tuck my foot behind my other foot, lean back and bring my arms from straight out to the sides in really quickly to my chest, and the spin instantly gets faster. Hopefully the mindless Nova Scotia judges will recognize it!
