Anybody else having difficulies viewing their State Farm photos

I was just wondering if it's just me. In addition to the wonderful group portrait, my mom and me had our photo taken as well. I plugged in the id from the card SF folks gave me but I am getting an error message. I requested photos wizard help last week but I haven't heard from them yet.
