The subject of sports psychology has come up from time to time on the forum and we certainly give our opinions a lot on why so-and-so is inconsistent or someone else chokes. According to promos, this coming Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 10:00 pm EST, the HBO show "Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel" will feature a segment on sports psychology.
The show is repeated a few times during the week, so check your local listings. During graduate school, I volunteered as a subject for two studies in sports psychology--so blame them
