Question about Figure Skaters on Torino Site

I ran across some skaters from PRK (People's Republic of Korea) and I had never heard of them before so I went to look for the biographies on the ISU site and didn't even find PRK. Just Korea. Their names are also not listed under Korea. So is this the same country or a different one?

I'm confused! Would someone kindly answer?

Oh, I know that South Korea and PRK are marching together under one flag during the opening and closing ceremonies as "Korea". That may have something to do with it, although I doubt that they'll be competing together as one nation.

Also I've noticed that none of the PRK skaters have ever skated in international competitions, well from what I can see anyway. Isn't Korea a closed nation? Maybe this is why we never see PRK in International competitions.
