Did anybody else hear about the disgraceful results in the Canada vs Italy?? Canada won 16-0. It's really sad.

Did you hear also Canada beat Russia 12 to 0.
Canada and Sweden next game.

And Canada can expect a much tougher game tomorrow. A bit too optimisitc for us swedes to hope for a victory, but it ain't gonna be any 12-0..

A lot of fans in Canada are apologizing for beating the Italians so bad. Bad sportsmanship. Another point of view -- the Italians should have played better.

It's a sad part of the rules in Olympic hockey that to receive home team recognition for the final game you have to have the best goals for/against ratio. That's the biggest reason that the Canadians ran up the score so much. Even some of the players have said they would prefer to not have to outscore someone that badly.
