    Arm Bands

    Does anyone know what the arm band is signifying that I've seen Peter Oppegard wearing? I noticed it during the short program and then I saw it again tonight during the Free skate. Whoever was sitting next to him in the kiss and cry was wearing one as well. I just can't make out any characteristics on it to see if it's symbolizing something.

    I read on FSU that those were the special Olympic identificatfion/credentials
