I would hope so. According to the practice report, he was doing quads and quad combos extremely successfully.

They showed him in practice and he landed a clean quad and quad combo. He needs it if he is going to medal. Not sure if he is going to do attempt it in the short.
I think Johnny may attempt a quad in the long, but he had no intention of attempting a quad in the short.
I just saw an interview with him on CBC and he said he will make the quad decision on Thursday.
