The British figure skating Eurosport commentators could teach Scott and Dick and Peggy and Terry about tongue-in-cheek commentary with smooth transitions (pun intended).

I was thinking the same. I hate to get paranoid about these thing but....it makes me wonder if Europeans get some sort of 'extra style points' just for being European of birth! Eastern Europeans get an extra 10% above even Western Europeans! Hey - maybe that's why Johnny was wearing a Russian jacket the other day? ha-ha

Zhang Min got 7th, by the way. Scores thus far:

    Verner:
    3a hand down
    3f/3t - "that's better"
"Bah! Set off for the lutz and nothing happened!"
"The last 45 seconds was under water"
"Stumbled in step sequence", problems in spins.

They're talking about how ice is softer and problem on L.

childfreegirl - THANKS for your postings. I'm scooting in & out of 'coverage' too...also busy on other stuff. Multi-tasking here!

Oooh....popped out of 3 lutz but seems to have done OK on his earlier jumps.

The Eurosport guys said: "Last 45 secs were 'under water'!"

    Othman:
Music is "My affectionate and tender beast", um, okay.

    3f hand down
    "that's much better" - combo
    2a - solid
"A little off balance though the middle of the circular step sequence."

"They really love him here, mostly the girls.", "Lots of Swiss fans"
They're saying his 3t was under rotated. (In combo?)
