Does anyone know what happened to the north korean pair skaters and why they withdrew? I couldn't find any info on nbcolympics.com. Also, does anyone know how much of a contender they would be if they did skate?

they had to withdraw because of an injury.
they were never a contender of any sort. he qualified korea last fall in the karl shaefer comp with another partner who was too young for olympics. korean fed put these two together to use the spot and get olympic experience. but she was sooo cute. maybe we'll see both again next time...as part of two korean pairs?
