Just curious, if you could meet any skaters who would they be? PS, I know many have all ready met their favourite skaters, etc, I know I've met most of mine, this is just for skaters you have NOT met that you would like too.

Here's mine...

1. Barbara Ann Scott
2. Violetta Afanasieva-Dack
3. Pascal Lavanchy
4. Elena Berezhnaya
5. Sophie Moniotte

Tricky

That's tricky. It's kind of like Dick Button's premise that certain skaters are the ones you'd like to have for neighbors.

I agree with his premise and would love to meet Sagorska and Suidek. Do they count as two on the top five?

Others: Josef Sabokec, Gorsha Sur, Peter T. and Kristi Yamaguchi. They just seem like people I could actually TALK to... but I don't exactly know why.

That's a hard one. I think, so far, I can think of Dick Button and Brian Boitano.

Just five? I could list dozens!

Okay,

shopping with Johnny and Sasha
coffee and Swiss chocolate with Stephane
dinner with John and Rena

It was a total toss up between Mike, Jeff and half a dozen others, but Stephane won out.

Curry- but in the far distant future.
Cranston- I've read some of his books and I'd love to see what he's like in person. He's so larger than life in his public persona.

Elena Berezhnaya -Because I admire her so much for what she has overcome.

Dick Button - Are the Buttonisms just for the camera?

Janet Lynn-Because her skating has always been special to me.

Let's see. I am trying to think of fun things I'd do with skaters. :D

I'd go out shopping with Sasha, go dancing with John Kerr (oh, hey, let's throw Sinead in here too, she's cool!), go out to dinner with Silvia Fontana (she seems like such a sweetheart... can John Z come along? :D ), and get some pairs skating lessons from S&P and B&S! I cheated...more than five. Oh well. ;)

 Maybe I could ask Kurt Browning and Sasha Abt if they couldn't use another Gramma.

I don't know why all of mine aren't eligible---I could add dozens more if you would let me!
