It's Sasha flexibility, posture, line and toe point that makes her skating great not just in the spirals.

Also I would add Michelle's constancy and her ability to show and share her love of skating with the audience.

Sounds good, but I'd also add Sasha's on-ice positions (flat back, pointed toes) and Michelle's ability to present a program/connect with the audience. Add Michelle's jump landings-how she lands so softly, solidly with run-out to Irina's height on jumps.
