Double lutz

Any tips on how to get the double lutz? I can do single lutzes, with loops, good double flip and my other doubles (except for the double axel), but the lutz seems very awkward because it is in counter rotation. I fell hard attempting one and it just doesn't seem to go around, if i force it, i rotate BEFORE i takeoff (thus rolling into an inside edge and ......flutzing), mmm so if anyone can help yea.. thx

I know on elements like the lutz I sometimes rotate my shoulders too soon and that throws me way off. I'm not sure if that's your problem or not as I haven't seen it, and you might also be on too deep of an outside edge, making it hard to pick. I'd really have to see your lutz to give you any solid advice.
