Yeah, he was a Romanian skater who had some pretty good finishes at Europeans and Worlds in the mid-nineties.

His heir apparent is Gheorghe Chiper, who made a big splash in his Grand Prix events last year, IIRC.

I know who was he very good.

I have been is skating camp in Romania in '03,'04 and '05 and he coached us there. He is just a great men. Always has new jokes for us, new ways to explain us how we should do or NOT to do things....when you're nervous because you cannot do the jump, he helps you and on a great way...

And also, he has a daughter, I think she is 1 or 2 years old...her name is Tea Nicole and she is soooooo cute! We were playing with her and holding her...she is such a lovely baby!
