... is bowling a sport? Yeah, it's fun, but ...

To watch:
bike racing - it's Tour de France time - yahoo!!
college bball/football (especially if UCLA is playing)
gymnastics
just about any Olympic sport during the Olympics
-although, truth be told, I have trouble sitting and watching for extended periods of time - unless it's the Olympics

To do:
triathlon
road races (running)
volleyball
skiing (downhill - but want to learn to cross country)

I'm not talented to do any other sports other than skating, so I just watch.

I like watching baseball, hockey, diving, gymnastics, and NASCAR when there are crashes.

Baseball
Football (college)
Basketball (college)

To Do:
Bowling (Yes, I believe it IS a sport! :lol: )
Rollerblading
Walking

I would much rather watch most sports though as I am a better spectator than participant! LOL :lol:

Here are some pics of another sport - from stage 3 or the Tour de France. They show an interesting view of a sport not too popular in NA, but extremely popular in Europe - from bucolic rolling hills, to the intensity of the peleton (pack), to the iron will of these guys who continue even after crashes (look out for the bare butt of a guy finishing post crash!) ...

College Football
Colorado Avalanche Hockey
Kansas City Royals Baseball: I'm kind of a fair weather fan, but right now they're winning so: Go Royals!

To Do:
Never really enjoyed doing many sports other than figure skating. So, unless you consider college marching band (where there's lots of physical exercise but not really any games or competition) the only sport I really claim to like is swimming once in awhile.

women's basketball (live, not on tv)

During the Olys, I watch lots of events that I don't normal keep up on, like track and skiing. And live, I can watch almost anything (but football bores me in any medium!).

Hmmmm, non-fs sports.....

I am a baseball fan. Except when I am having an attitude problem, like this year. Maybe when I get used to the division cellar, I will root for my favorite bums again. Now, who were they? Just kidding, I root for the Injuns. Of course, with all those new kids in town, the question of who are they is all too sadly appropriate.

I also like to follow gymnastics and have been known to actually watch tennis and swimming and track and field.
