Too many pages to read in one sitting. But the North American Challenge caught my eye. Will be held in Pittsburgh in August.

What is it?

Why no mention of the Campbells?

FYI, the link posted above is the USFSA's 2006 Combined Report of Action that "covers actions taken by the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Governing Council [last week's annual meeting] through the 2005-2006 season."

The North American Challenge Skate series has been going on since the summer of 1996 -- you read can more about it at:
http://www.usfigureskating.org/Athletes.asp?id=220

It's basically an introduction to international-style competition for the National novice and top intermediate level skaters in the U.S. and Canada (Mexico used to participate as well).
