I have all these gardening books but can't find what I need. My daughter bought a few plants for her patio. The one she needs help with is an Aloe a friend gave her some time ago. It is turning yellow. My guess is lack of iron but it's really just a guess.
I'm excited. I was asked to join a garden club. Someone asked me why I didn't go and I said I had never been invited. So, now I have. Sure hope I have time for it. As most of you know, I have quite a few plants and they're one of the joys of my life. I just wish I had more time to take proper care of them.
Thanks for your help.

Grgranny....Try these sites:

If you scroll down the page a bit there's a really good analysis of what may be wrong with the aloe plant. The ones I've kept in the past did best with very little watering. When I used too much water they become yellow and got limp at the soil line.

These last two are just general purpose sites that I have found useful.
