No, I think one is hers and one belongs to her mom. The dog in the ad was some kind of teacup-designer bred dog.

Boo!! What crass commercialism. Putting Michelle Kwan's name and or picture on a Kraft product won't make it taste any better. Homemade is still the way to go. Oh well, I guess Michelle needs the money - just kidding of course.
