I started posting on Nov. 30th 2002, but I found this site in July of 2002
My original date I joined is not available because my account went on the "fritz" and I had to start all over from scratch - reregister and everything. It's been a couple years though because I started out at about.com. That's how I discovered Golden Skate in the first place.

I joined another ez board forum on March 6, 2002 and then found this one just a while later. I lurked for a while and then got up enough nerve to post after I saw a post from Laura, Princess Leppard, who lives in Nebraska where I live too. She had mentioned she was going to COI in Omaha. I was just so excited. Laura and I have emailed back and forth ever since then.

I joined Septmeber 27, 2001, right about when this forum started up. I used to post at the About.com forum as well.
I lurked a long time before I started posting here (about 4 or 5 months) I officially joined on December 9, 2002.

I think it was Sept. 26, 2001. I had come from the old About Forum. Before that, I had posted on another one that I think went defunct as the administrator retired. Seems like it might have been Adrian Chew, not sure. Understand he now has another board but don't know what one. I lost all my "favorites" (and everything else) when I had my computer in the shop. I am slowly trying to get some of them back.
My date was Jan 17 2002, and I too was a member on the about.com forum!
Hi I joined on 1-26-02.Also was a (silent member) of about.com. I guess you could call me a silent member here as well. Every one knows sooo much more about skating then I do, so I try to learn from you all!

You deserve to whine. Anyone else would have whined a lot more. It was a big disappointment.
