Sept. 27, 2001. I belonged to the old about.com forum before that. When I put skating forum in my browser, Golden Skate was the first one listed, so I started reading, got annoyed with @#%$, posted a reply, and have been posting ever since.

I lurked since it was started but I joined March 2003.
I think I discovered, and later started posting in, this forum in August 2002.
I first joined back in 2001 when the forum started, but didn't post. Then I had to leave back in March (lot of computer problems) and I just now got back. So I am kind of starting all over.

I believe I joined around the same time as Grandma so, it must have been around Sept. 26, 2001. I just remember that the board was new and the hairy one was still a baby. When did the golden skate begin?
