Another Tropical Storm???
Something seems to be brewing in the southwest Gulf of Mexico in the Gulf of Campeche. If it does develop it will move north and could affect the Texas coast from Corpus Christi and south in a few days...
Looks like it could become a tropical depression within 24 hours. The good news it's pretty close to land which will hinder it's development somewhat.
The good news is the Eastern Pacific is active. It seems when they are active we aren't. Last year there were no tropical storms in the Eastern Pacific and you all know what we got!
Is that anything like a million depressions?

Thanks for the warnings you bring to the skating fraternity.
I have already been contacted by the National Hurricane Center and they want to drop the patch skates into the next tropical storm as part of a hurricane dissipation project. The only problem they haven't solved yet is what to do with all the people that pass out over the Southeastern US

FLOODING...WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF HISPANIOLA AND JAMAICA OVER THE
NEXT DAY OR SO.
