there was a discussion about it on the unseen skaters message boards
    www.unseenskaters.com

seems like she has dual citizenship, because her mother is hungarian

Brubaker and McLaughlin in first after SP. I'm impressed because he lost his original partner who did so well last year due to female growth.

Here's an interview with Katherine Hadford from 2005 in which she talks about her Hungarian roots:

Hadford competed in Hungarian Nationals last December and placed 3rd in senior ladies behind Julia Sebestyen and Diana Poth.

Pardon me for a minute, but I work for the Skating Club of Boston, so...

SQUEE! Horray for Juliana and Steven! They're both great kids, and I'm so happy for them. Does anyone know if there's a page somewhere with the elements performed? I'm curious to hear whether Steven went for his quad or not, and there's no article about the men's at USFSA yet, just the results.

Carriere didn't try the quad toe in his free skate but I heard that he was attempting the jump in practices there.

I might also post a thread in the edge but does anyone what what "<" means on the protocols? At first i thought it might signify a downgraded jumps but then i saw some on some ladeis triples and since i doubt any of them are trying quads threw that idea out? Often its by the fisrst jump in a combination so i've seen 3S<+2T ??
