Thanks for posting this, 4DogKnight. The ladies' line-up for Finlandia looks especially intriguing. Finland against the world, with Korpi, Poykio and Drei (who is Niina Laksola?). Erica Archambault and Jennifer Don (skating for Taipei) should give a good accounting of themselves.

At the Karl Schaefer, Elene Gedevanishvili seems way ahead of the field.

Finlandia also has Nylander whom I was quite impressed with in Calgary.

The Men have the 3 up-and-coming Russian boys.

Karl Shaefer has Preaubert (France) who was super in Calgary.

The Ladies have Kostner up against Gedenvanashvili with Tugba and Kahle looking on.

Dance - No Russians!!! but Uzbekistan has the American gal with a Russian.
My team for 2007 is Navarro and Bommentre may have a gold here.

I don't think this entry list is in any way complete, because I have heard that Domnina and Shabalin are going to compete in Vienna as well. Just have to wait for the official ISU entry list I guess.

If Dom/Shab compete, they will win and I believe they will win Worlds for the new passion they will bring this season.

Finland against the world, with Korpi, Poykio and Drei (who is Niina Laksola?).

Niina Laksola was 8th in 2005-2006 Nationals: Poykio won, Drei was 2nd and Korpi 3rd. Niina won the Nordic Championships in 2006. Her competitive history so far:
