I noticed that the PCS scores are really low (they were low at the JGP events, too). It seems as if the ISU is telling the judges to bring the scores down to a more reasonable level.
I noticed that, too. What I really think they are trying to do is develop more consistency in the judging from one event to the next.
If so, they certainly succeeded with Julia Sebestyen's short program.
