I liked this from elsewhere (orientalplane:bow: ), and there was something similar, but I want to know what GSers think most of all - after all GS is the coolest :agree:

It was hard to come up with just 20 -

The Jerk
The Princess Bride
African Queen
Blue Velvet
Eat Drink Man Woman
Young Frankinstien
Spirited Away
Amadeus
Wild At Heart
Beauty and the Beast - diz
Citizen Cane
Finding Nemo
The Changeling
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Spinal Tap
Ringu
Greese
Trainspotting
Apocalypse Now
2001 Space Odyssey

I could easily go to 50, but I don't want to be TMI guy again:laugh:

What with all the serious "stuff" going on I am trying to get some relief.:p This has probably been here before.

ETA, I might even have to say (honorable Mention:laugh: ) Donald Duck iIn Mathmagic Land, that just stands out in my memory as really cool.:agree:

EETA - to not take away from CzarinaAnya's great list, I must add Somewhere In Time, I can't believe that didn't come to mind:bow:

Of course the Disney version because only in a Disney movie does one figure out a triple jump, give up Harvard, defy one's mother, navigate the landmine that is regional figure skating comps, get the guy AND meet Michelle Kwan... all in a school year... fabulous!

I havn't seen Man Woman... its never at the video store and when it was on cable, the time conflicted with All My Children on soapnet... hey, a girl must have her priorities... But I've added it to my netflicks account, so I'll let you know how much I like it!

A friend was looking at this with me just now and said Sean, what about .... I remember you always mention (I have a tendency to Movie / real life compare) these and I can't believe you didn't put them down.

Roxanne - that would place above 2001 for sure.
Trains, Plains and Automobiles
Christmas Vacation - so many great quotes
Ferris Beuller's Day Off
and Honorable to Tail of Two Chipmunks - Disney that has a run around 40 minutes with 3 shorts put together in a story line.

evrybody sing, "I'm Chip." "I'm Dale....."
