they do give live results for pairs now! don't know why not for the other comps? maybe they were still asleep.Originally Posted by newmanc6619
A poster on another board emailed WIGE to find out why there were no live updates, and they blamed the internet connection with China.
But I had noticed the live updating was uneven at SA and SC, nowhere near as good as it had been even two years ago. Technology has advanced a lot in two years, so why is WIGE getting worse instead of better?
I got up early on Thursday to follow the live results. I am glad I didn't do that this morning and don't plan to do it tomorrow, either. It's horrible to get up in the wee hours of the morning and find it was all for naught.

anyway, it seems to be working at the start of ladies long program.
Results are now provided by Swiss Timing.
Might indeed have been a connection problem with China because for the Free Dance results were live as well.
Anyone know what happen to CCTV5 went to view and the channel wasn't there
What is WIGE and what's its web address?
WIGE used to be the company that provided the results pages on isu.org, but now that role has been taken over by Swiss Timing as that company has taken over WIGE data.
