What I could make of the article in my limited Russian, Navka was in the vehicle (given to her from Putin after the Olympics) with her mother and was in a fender-bender. There's some (unsubstantiated) claims that she was intoxicated, and even more titillation with the implircation that she called Zhulin shortly after, but he was too busy canoodling with his Russian Stars on Ice partner to care. It doesn't sound like anyone was hurt, and sounds kind of "tabloidish", but I'm not great with the language.
