Video Montage Tributes Made By Me

    Hey guys,

While reading the "Remembering Sergei" thread I decided to show you guys my various montages I have on Youtube.com.

I'll start with the most relevant one:

Katia & Sergei: Run To You

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=PYMH4THb2so

(Imaginary Program) Katia: Ribbon (Once Upon A December, piano version)

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=7dbpKolQl9A

Irina Slutskaya: God Save the Tzaritsa

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=eDOnBNljcUM

For the holidays: Alexei Yagudin and Evgeni Plushenko: This Means War! (The song is about peace, so I tried to be as unbiased as possible because I love both skaters very much!)

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=2uVqha3Ys6s

    Alexander Abt: Remember Me

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=vK3VFnmMzc8

Ilia Kulik: Ilia Kulik & The Goblet Of Fire (I intend to tell the story using his skating and tons of visual effects! Katia is in this one too!)

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=SovOOfpvwDE

Evgeni Plushenko: Sttory Of An Artist

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=TS5g4MZR5F0

Evgeni Plushenko: Destiny Beckoned (there are 3 versions, I'm posting the third version which I think is the best)

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=K9_HFUstOPU

Compilation Montage: Guiding Star: A Tribute to the Tzarevich Aleksei Nicholaievich Romanov (1904-1918): Featuring Abt, Gordeeva/Grinkov, Kulik, Plushenko, Urmanov and Weir

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=0WFu634cUog

I'm not completely satisfied with some of these but for the most part I am very happy with them and I hope you guys enjoy them. I plan on making another Abt montage soon as well as some Christmas montages too. I also hope to make another G&G montage, and am currently working on a G&G&Kulik montage as well. Ok, anyway, here you go, enjoy! Feel free to comment either here or youtube!

Thanks. Love that song and didn't realize Johnny ever skated to it. I'm just wondering. Okay, I like Johnny and I think his best is yet to come; BUT I didn't like that choreography. It bothers me when they land the jump on the off-beat when this music has so clear a beat. Also, there was a lot of other discongruencies with the dance/music. Also, Johnnie is still in his "shoot 'em up cowboys" stage and I think the song was not wasted on him but the choreographer was asleep at the switch when it came to what Johnny as an individual can bring to it.

He never skated to it that I know of. I picked the song because for some reason it reminded me of him.

I made the montage when I was sort of trying to get back into making montages, so that's why it's sloppy compared to my other ones. But thank you for the comment and I will be sure to think about this in the future.

The G&G montage was very well put together. Perfect song for it. Thanks for making me emotional, lol.

The dedication to Alexei Romanov was so sweet. I would've never thought of that idea for a montage.
