Testing Question

Okay, this questioin may seem rather dumb, i am sure that someine most have asked the same thing, but do ther countries, such as russia for instance or france have the same or similar methods of testing levels etc ike the USFSA? Are all I know that they have the junior and senior ranks like us, but do they have the same tsts, such as moves in the field reqirements. Also, if i skater wnated to reloacted and now skate for another country take Tanith Belbin for example or Rena Inoue.. would her tests taken in japan or canada be valid in the US?

No. If a skater passed their Gold FS test in Canada, they can come to the US and take their Gold FS test here, though
