The countries earning 3 spots for 2008 Junior Worlds (designated to be in Sofia, Bulgaria) based on the results from this year are:
USA (ladies, men, pairs)
Finland (ladies)
Canada (men, dance)
Russia (men, pairs, dance)

Countries earning 2 spots for 2008 Junior Worlds:
USA (dance)
Canada (pairs)
Estonia (ladies, pairs, dance)
Korea (ladies)
Japan (men, ladies)
Italy (ladies, dance)
Russia (ladies)
France (men, dance)
China (men, pairs)
Germany (dance)

LADIES: Laura Lepisto (FIN), Yea-Ji Shin and Ji-Eun Choi (both KOR) and Vanessa James (GBR) from the top 30 of this year's Jr. Worlds are the only ones aging out of ISU junior events in the 2007-08 season. It's even possible that the USA medalists could make a return appearance to Jr. Worlds next year (unlike Ashley Wagner, Caroline Zhang and Mirai Nagasu will not be age-eligible next season for senior ISU Championships such as 4 Continents and Worlds).

MEN: Gold medalist Stephen Carriere, who has one more year of ISU junior age-eligibility next season, will most likely move on to Senior internationals full-time in 2007-08. Aging out of ISU junior events among the top 23 this year are: two-time medalist Sergei Voronov (RUS), Joey Russell (CAN), Philipp Tischendorf (GER), Marco Fabbri (ITA), and Hirofumi Torii (JPN).

PAIRS: All 3 USA teams will age out of ISU juniors next season; the other 13 pairs are age-eligible to return next season.

DANCE: Aging out of ISU junior events next season are: Brouiller/Richard (FRA), Pistorello/Zanni and Spelta/Garavaglia (both ITA), Hermann/Hermann (GER), Kriengkrairut/Giulietti-Schmitt (USA), and Barta/Toth (HUN).
