What really gets me suspicious is the fact that Miki, Mao and Mai all got injured at the same time.

It's entirely possible that Miki's injury could be real, regardless of what's going on with Mao and Mai. Mao and Mai apparently canceled before Miki did--so fans did not expect them at the shows.
