I have found a website similar to youtube.com that offer you the ability to download individual skater's program without any attached cost. The video quality is excellent and you can drop downloaded videos into ipod formation as well.

It's a pretty cool website. Although it does not seem to offer anything substantial prior to three calendar years, video quality is -downright- excellent.
Dailymotion.com or Leechvideo.com are other websites that I enjoy watching figure skating videos.
