Did anybody catch that this afternoon. It aired on ABC 2-4 pacific time. It obviously was the exhibition from the 2007 Japanese Nationals. Very interesting. Yukuri Nakano was REALLY good, a very artistic, gentle program.. shizuka performed, Mao did her "Habrena" number... It was nice to see N.Oda again.. i forgot how great his jumps were. Disukie did a great artistic program. he is one of those skaters who is so much better as a show skater. He really does feel the music when the pressure is off.
And the treat....
At the end they showed clips of Michelle skating in a show in China... it looked like the nutcraker or somthing. She landed a triple toe, (not the best landing) and beautiful 2 axel and I think a 3 salchow. Her spirals were great, she did her signature Y spin and some other classic moves. They didn't show the whole program... just some clips in a montage way with a film of her and her family at the great wall of china.
