BOI pro skating survey

There's supposed to be a survey about pro skating on the BOI website:

I'd like to fill out this survey...but I can't seem to find it anywhere! The direct link to the survey is supposed to be here:

But every time I click on that link, all I get is an error message. I don't know whether that's because direct linking isn't allowed on that site or just because the page might have been deleted. :( I've tried copying the URL into another window, hitting the "refresh" button over and over, but still nothing.

I can't seem to find a link to the survey on the main page of the BOI site, either (although there's supposed to be one).

I just wonder if anyone here was able to access the survey (and hopefully point me a little towards the right direction). Thanks!

Maybe the pro survey time is already over? I remember having voted there in late June. There also was a voting for favourite female and male skaters (eligible and pro) and it has also been taken down.
