A true lateral twist lift would be the one done by the Carruthers. It's done at about :20.

Cherkasova and Shakrai do an axel entry twist. It's not clear whether this is a triple or a quadruple.

Thanks again, El Fuego and Doris for those examples. I looked at all of them and indeed, there are variations. I do have it now. I would assume a high goe would go to the perfect lateral position of quad twist. which I think C&K did in that youtube. I will just leave it with the Tech Panels to decide the number of air rotations.
