Well, the first time Alissa skated at Skate America she was a last-second replacement for Sasha Cohen. The next year she was a last-second replacement for Michelle Kwan (she won the LP and finished second overall). So she has a little bit of a history there.

Whoa, that was an awesome performance. Her spins are CRAZY good.

Spins need to get the same +GOE values as jumps. Especially now that there are only 3 per Long Program.
