We all talk about how the pros skate but now I am wondering
what they do to make it happen. Like what do they do to warm up before skating? Yoga, pilates, or just some simple
stretching before going out on the ice. I find this would help for those of you that skate out there like me. I would find it interesting of all the different ways of getting ready for the ice.
