Wow! Hoffman/Zavozin and Mallory/Rand will compete in Vienna! But have they a chance to represent their countries also at the ISU Championships in this season?

And once again Canada sends no entries! At least send someone for international experience. Look at all the Canada men that do not get to skate from one Canadians to the next. No wonder skaters like Fedora consider calling it quits. If they don't make the world team or get invited to a GP event they have nothing to skate for.

I was hoping to see Lamoureux/Mee in the entry list. Does anybody know why they replaced L/M with Chong/Gfeller at Nebelhorn?

I know that it was only a typo, but I can't stop laughing at "Fedora". I have this mental image of Fedor Andreev with make-up on and dressed to the nines in women's clothing.

I wonder how Kristoffer will do at this competition. His training period has been cut short due to hip surgery, so it will be interesting to see if he can stay afloat.

Does anyone know if Tomas will be keeping his "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon" LP? I just hope we'll never have to see another repeat of the "Crouching Czech Hidden Program" debacle we all witnessed at Worlds... ;)

Tomas is keeping the SP but not the LP which is a tango medley.
In Vienna we should be able to watch the entire Oberstdorf team Kostner + Verner finally.

...who practice a lot with Kristoffer Berntsson. I hope after this, someone can tell which LP he had, I'm so curious! He kept his SP this season too, good, I love the Amélie music and his red braces

Can't wait to see Brezina and Oda go head-to-head again and to find out who comes out on top this time. Verner definitely can't be underestimated, but I don't know what to say except that he's very unpredictable.

Thanks for the info.

I'm very curious about his LP, too! He hasn't updated the music section of his website.

Nobunari has some serious bad luck when it comes to starting order draws... He's in the first group again.
He predicted himself losing here on his fansite. :( This was just after Nebelhorn, though, so hopefully Morozov chased the idea out of his head.

I wonder how Carolina's programs will look like. Actually, I seriously planned to attend KSM, but the train ticket price was too much for me. :(

Good luck to all the skaters! :)

That's a shame. IS it far from the train station? Does anyone actually know, where in Vienna the Ice rink is. Relative to the Opera house...?

Oh dear, I guess his hip hasn't completely healed yet. :frown: Does anyone know for sure why Kristoffer had to withdraw?

Noburi had a great apractice yesterday, landed all his jumps . I did not see all the men, but he looked very strong. Tomas looked tentative on his jumps.

It was a note about him i Sundays newspaper. He seemed very positive about the future and looked forward to a great season. I really thought he would start in KSM. I'll see what I can do to figure this out. The whole world knows of the Swedish skaters before we Swedes does... And I almost live in the same city as Kristoffer and Adrian! Not even the local paper write particularly much about them!
