Interesting to see neither the SP or LP winner got the highest PCS and that the highest PCS in the SP went to a different lady is the LP. Perhaps the judging of the PCS is meaningful rather than an extension of the TES scores.

It's rough seeing scores so close in the overall. When it's that close, I don't think the scoring system is good enough to really say this lady was really 1st and the other 3rd.

I also hate it when results are that close....
Seems like it was quite the messy competition.

Musademba & Bereswill are now qualified for the JGPF, and Murakami should get the final spot in Sheffield.

I don't mind that the scores are close but, the low scoring tells me that perhaps many jumps were missed. I have seen Kristine's program and she typically has 6 solid triples. Becky usually only hits about 3 of her planned 7.

You're right and Becky got negatives GOEs for all of her triples.

The protocols says:

MUSADEMBA: 3Lz<(-1), 3F+2T(0), 3Lo(+0.13), 3S(0)x, 2A(0.50)x, 3T (-2)x, 3T+2T(0)x
= 5 triples

BERESWILL: 2A(+1.38), 3Lz(-0.25), 3Lo(-0.25), 3F(-2.13)x, 3Lo<+2Lo(-0.56)x, 2A+3T<(-1.60)x, 2T(-0.60)x
= 3 triples

Yes, the winning score isn't high but the rest of the scores are okay. Looking at just 3rd place scores in the 5 JGP events so far:

Merano 118.65
Mexico City 117.42
Ostrava 134.90 (133.54 for 4th)
Madrid 126.87

A Japanese lady has been unlucky in each of the last two events.
