Well, here we are at the last event of the JGP, and the ice dance spots for the JGPF are by no means certain.
The top 3 finishers here should be going to the JGPF, provided they come from the group that has already won a silver or gold medal-Chock / Zuerlein, Agafanova / Dun, & Pushkash / Kiselev.
The group that has won bronze medals must finish at least 2nd to go: Routhier /Saucke-Lacelle, Zenkova / Sinitsyn, and Alessandrini / Vaturi. If R / S-L, Z / S or A / V finish third, they will not go, as Antipova / Kudashev also would have 22 points, but would have finished 2nd once, and that's the first tie breaker.
With 6 prior JGP medal winners competing here, this should be an amazing competition to see, and I hope it will be telecast or at least streamed somewhere!
The CD here at Sheffield is the Paso Doble, and 5 of the top 6 teams have already competed the Paso this year. The only exception is Zenkova and Sinitsin.
