My friend tried to join this forum, but couldn't

I have a friend who recently tried to join Golden Skate, but her IP was rejected. Neither of us are very tech-savvy, so I was curious as to why she's having problems trying to register. Is there anything she can do to get around this obstacle? (She never had an account here, so it's not like she was banned or anything like that.) She is active on FSU and ISU, so this is the first time she has been unable to gain access to a figure skating forum.

Perhaps your friend should try to contact the admin. Specific instructions (screens are shown) are given to users who are unable to register. It tells them what to provide, etc.
