Who have gotten level 4 on their steps this season?

I thought PatChan got level 4 on his circular step sequence at TEB. Has there been anyone else who has gotten level 4 yet?

It would be more fun if they award more level 4's on step sequences because GOE will be reflected a lot more. Then the quality of steps will make a greater difference on the total score.

I hope that Kozuka, Tomas, Caro, Joannie, Mao, and Yuna will get it sometime.

I am not sure which competition it was, but IIRC last season Evan L. received a level 4 for his footwork. Details anyone?

His first level 4 SLSt was at last year's GPF. The pity is - a level four base value is only 3.4. Seems it should be worth much more for all the effort and energy it takes to achieve it.

He did get a 1.40 GOE so that helped.
